Apostle Grace Lubega
Matthew 7:6 (KJV); Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you
When you cast pearls to swine, they turn and rend you. It means that men can kill you because of the truth you speak.
While it is a noble thing to die in the defence of the truth and because of the truth, it is also important to exercise wisdom in delivering truth.
The Lord warns us not to cast pearls unto swine. You must weigh the hearts of the people to whom you minister or speak because not everyone is ready for what you have.
Jesus told his disciples, “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.” (John 16:12).
In exercising this same wisdom, Paul said of Melchizedek, “Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.” (Hebrews 5:11).
You must know when to hold back even if what you have to say will benefit your hearers. It’s ability to benefit them does not mean that they can receive it.
Praise the Lord!

GOLDEN NUGGET: You must know when to hold back even if what you have to say will benefit your hearers. Its ability to benefit them does not mean that they can receive it.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this wisdom. Thank You for the depth of knowledge in my spirit. I know when to speak and to whom to speak. I treat Your mysteries as treasure and do not cast them without Your leading, guidance and conviction, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
