Daniel 5:12 (KJV); Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.
It is sometimes assumed that an excellent spirit is demonstrated by how orderly a person is. For example, one might see a man who is constantly immaculately dressed and claims that he has an excellent spirit. If it is a ministry, one may claim that it is an excellent ministry because of how well organized the seating arrangement in their auditorium is.
All these external presentations do not mean a person or ministry possesses an excellent spirit. They may be manifestations of an excellent spirit but are not the essence of it.
In Ecclesiastes 3:11, the Bible says, “He makes all things beautiful in His own time.” A person or a ministry is excellent because there is a spirit at work within them that cannot go outside the beautification of the things of God.
This beautification is tagged to the understanding of “kairos”, which is spiritual time. When you learn to work with kairos, everything that is out of order falls into place.
Whenever you align yourself to the timing of the spirit, the anointing of God beautifies your life and renders everything about it excellent.
An excellent career is a career that is aligned to the timing of the spirit. It means that you are at the point in your career growth that heaven has placed you at. You are not late and neither are you early.
An excellent marriage is one that is in tune with spiritual time. It means that you get married at the right time as ordained by God. Such a person does not rush into marriage and neither does he or she wait endlessly for a spouse.

Danieli 5:12 (KJV); Kwa kuwa roho njema kupita kiasi, na maarifa, na ufahamu, na uwezo wa kufasiri ndoto, na kufunua maneno ya fumbo, na kufungua mafundo, zilionekana katika Danieli huyo, ambaye mfalme alimwita Belteshaza. Basi na aitwe Danieli, naye ataionyesha tafsiri.
Wakati mwingine inadhaniwa kuwa roho njema inaonyeshwa na jinsi mtu alivyo na mpangilio. Kwa mfano, mtu anaweza kumwona mtu ambaye huvaa vizuri kila wakati na kudai kuwa ana roho njema. Ikiwa ni huduma, mmoja anaweza kudai kuwa ni huduma bora kwa sababu ya mpangilio wa viti katika ukumbi wao.
Mawasilisho haya yote ya nje hayamaanishi kuwa mtu au huduma ina roho njema. Yanaweza kuwa dhihirisho la roho njema lakini sio kiini chake.
Katika Mhubiri 3:11, Biblia inasema, “Kila kitu amekifanya kizuri kwa wakati wake; tena ameiweka hiyo milele ndani ya mioyo yao; ila kwa jinsi mwanadamu asivyoweza kuivumbua kazi ya Mungu anayoifanya, tangu mwanzo hata mwisho.” Mtu au huduma ni njema kwa sababu kuna roho inayofanya kazi ndani yao ambayo haiwezi kwenda nje ya mapambo ya mambo ya Mungu.
Uzuri huu umewekwa kwa uelewa wa “kairos”, ambayo ni wakati wa kiroho. Unapojifunza kufanya kazi na kairos, kila kitu ambacho kiko nje ya utaratibu huanguka mahali.
Wakati wowote unapojiweka sawa na wakati wa roho, upako wa Mungu hupamba maisha yako na hufanya kila kitu juu yake kuwa bora.
Kazi bora ni kazi ambayo inaambatana na wakati wa roho. Inamaanisha kuwa uko katika hatua katika ukuaji wako wa kazi ambayo mbingu imekuweka. Hujachelewa wala hauko mapema.
Ndoa bora ni ile inayoambatana na wakati wa kiroho. Inamaanisha kuwa unaoa wakati unaofaa kama ilivyoamriwa na Mungu. Mtu kama huyo hakimbilii kufunga ndoa wala hasubirii mwenzi bila mwisho.
