1 Chronicles 4:10 (KJV); And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
As a child of God, you have territory, both physical and spiritual, that God has defined as part of your inheritance.
This is what the Bible refers to in Acts 17:26 when it speaks of God determining our bounds of habitation.
However, there are people who do not see the manifestation of this reality in their lives. They do not own any physical territory and neither can they lay claim to any spiritual territory.
That should not be the story of any child of God.
Some of these people are comfortable with this status quo and may die never having seen what God had marked out as their portion.
As a child of God, you must realise that territory is a necessity. If it was not, God would not need to demarcate boundaries of our habitation. It would not be necessary to refer to us as kings. You need territory to evolve and to grow. It is over territories that we exercise divine influence.
Trust God to teach you how to access what is rightfully yours.

Hii ndiyo Biblia inarejelea katika Matendo 17:26 wakati inazungumzia kuhusu Mungu kutuwekea mipaka ya makazi yetu.
Hata hivyo, kuna watu ambao hawaoni udhihirisho wa ukweli huu katika maisha yao. Hawamiliki eneo lolote kimwili wala hawawezi kuweka madai kwa eneo lolote kiroho.
Hii haipaswi kuwa hadithi ya mwana yeyote wa Mungu.
Baadhi ya watu hawa wamestarehe katika hali hii na wanaweza kufa bila kuwahi kuona kile ambacho Mungu alikuwa ametia alama kama sehemu yao.
Kama mwana wa Mungu, lazima utambue kwamba eneo ni muhimu. La sivyo, Mungu hangehitaji kugawanya mipaka ya makao yetu. Haingekuwa ni lazima kutuita wafalme. Unahitaji eneo ili kubadilika na kukua. Ni juu ya maeneo ambapo tunatumia ushawishi wa Mungu.
Mtumainiye Mungu akufundishe jinsi ya kufikia kile kilicho chako kwa haki.

Matthew 23:23 (KJV); Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgement, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Religion is a spirit. Some assume that its face is only of men in long garb and overflowing robes. However, the religious spirit can also be functional in tongue speaking demon-chasing “Pentecostals”. In fact, it is possible to have a more religious “Pentecostal” than a man professing one of the world’s religions.
Why must we be cautious of the spirit of religion?
Throughout scripture, Christ demonstrated His abhorrence for this spirit. He commonly addressed religious men with the words, ‘Woe unto you!’
Is it because He did not love them? No. But the spirit of religion is very serious and one of its primary dangers is explained in our theme scripture. The Bible reveals to us that it omits the weightier matters of the law, judgement, mercy and faith.
This means that in anything pertaining to doctrine, the spirit of religion will always downplay what is more important and amplify what is inconsequential.
For example, the spirit of religion will split theological hairs over whether Jesus died on a tree or on a cross ignoring the much weightier issue of His death and resurrection.
In Hosea 6:6, the Bible says, “For I desire steadfast love and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.” The spirit of religion will cause a man to regard sacrifice [what he can do for God] above what God can do and reveal to Him.
God has called us to live beyond religion and to embrace the liberties of faith and the power of a personal relationship with Him.
