Apostle Grace Lubega
Genesis 1:26-27 (KJV); And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
We were created in the image and likeness of God. Because of this image and likeness, we have dominion over life on the earth.
Dominion does not come because we fight so hard to tame nature. Dominion is not the result of the ingenious ways of weathering the vagaries of life’s unpredictable weather.
Rather, dominion is the inevitable result of the nature that we share with God.
Has God ever cowered in the face of resistance? Does God shy away in the face of adversity?
What God cannot do, you ought not to do either. What does not frighten Him should not frighten you.
He is the master of the world. He expects the same from you too because you are in His image and likeness.
Consider this mindset of dominion in the context of the world of ministry, of business, of career, or of education.
Continually remember that you dominate because you are like God.

GOLDEN NUGGET: Dominion is the inevitable result of the nature that we share with God.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this Word. It is settled in my mind, soul, and spirit. I heed the call to dominion in every area of my life. I refuse to be a victim of the world because I am born of God, the master of the universe. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
