Apostle Grace Lubega
Proverbs 4:7 (KJV); Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Wisdom is required in everything that we do. It is of utmost importance in our lives as ministers of the gospel.
I have known believers who have brought reproach to the kingdom of God because they do not exercise wisdom in how they live.
In 2 Corinthians 6:3-4, the apostle Paul says, “Giving no offence in anything, that the ministry be not blamed: But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God…”
We are not supposed to do anything that brings offence to the gospel because we are ministers of God.
As believers, we are in the world for a reason. Understand that the world requires certain things from us: we must be hard workers and serve at our workplaces and businesses with diligence, excellence and integrity.
We must honour our parents and act wisely towards our family members because this is good and acceptable in the sight of God.
The gospel did not excuse us from living wisely, in fact, it placed a greater obligation on us because God, the source of all wisdom lives in us.

GOLDEN NUGGET: The gospel did not excuse us from living wisely, in fact, it placed a greater obligation on us because God, the source of all wisdom lives in us.
PRAYER: My Father, I thank You for this word. Thank You for the wisdom You gave me. I live my life by its dictates and light. I cannot bring shame to the gospel. I am wise in how I study, work and relate with everyone who crosses my path. My life is a sermon that teaches without words, to the glory of Your name, Amen.
