Romans 14:4 (KJV): Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

God is very zealous about His servants. He has marked them as His own and takes exception to people judging them needlessly and without understanding.
If you dispute this, pick a lesson from Aaron and Miriam who judged Moses for having married an Ethiopian woman against the dictates of the law.
In defending His servant, God told them, “If there be a prophet among you, I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?” (Numbers 12:6-8).
So child of God, who are you to judge God’s servant? Are you familiar with how God speaks with him? Are you acquainted with his closet and the extent of his brokenness before God? Were you present when God called and sent him, well knowing his weaknesses and inadequacies?
While you may not understand it, God is fully cognizant of the fact that the labourers are few yet the harvest is plentiful (Matthew 9:37-38). For this reason, He treasures His labourers. He is ready to hold up and redeem even the craziest minister as long as he is bringing in the harvest.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this Word. Thank You for the humility to treat every servant and minister of the gospel with wisdom. I will never be found to offend in word or in deed because You have taught me to honour those who labour for the sake of the Kingdom, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

USIMHUKUMU MTUMISHI WA MTU MWINGINE

Warumi 14:4 (KJV): Wewe u nani unayemhukumu mtumishi wa mwingine? Kwa bwana wake mwenyewe yeye husimama au huanguka. Naam, atasimamishwa, kwa kuwa Bwana aweza kumsimamisha.

Mungu ni mwenye kujitoa sana kwa watumishi wake. Amewaweka alama kama wake na hutilia maanani watu wanaowahukumu ovyo na bila ufahamu.
Ikiwa unapinga hili, tazama somo kutoka kwa Haruni na Miriamu ambao walimhukumu Musa kwa kuoa mwanamke wa Kikushi kinyume na maagizo ya sheria.
Katika kumtetea mtumishi wake, Mungu aliwaambia, “Akiwapo nabii kati yenu, mimi, Bwana, nitajijulisha kwake katika maono, nami nitasema naye katika ndoto. Sivyo ilivyo kwa mtumishi wangu, Musa; Yeye ni mwaminifu katika nyumba yangu yote; Kwake nitanena mdomo kwa mdomo, Maana, waziwazi wala si kwa mafumbo; Na umbo la Bwana yeye ataliona. Mbona basi ninyi hamkuogopa Kumnenea mtumishi wangu, huyo Musa? (Hesabu 12:6-8).
Basi mwana wa Mungu, wewe ni nani hata umhukumu mtumishi wa Mungu? Je, unafahamu jinsi Mungu anavyozungumza naye? Je, unafahamu chumba chake cha ndani cha maombi na kwa namna alivyovunjika mbele za Mungu? Je, ulikuwepo wakati Mungu alipomwita na kumtuma, akijua vyema udhaifu wake na mapungufu yake?
Ingawa unaweza kutoelewa, Mungu anafahamu kikamilifu ukweli kwamba watenda kazi ni wachache lakini mavuno ni mengi (Mathayo 9:27-38). Kwa sababu hii, anawathamini watenda kazi wake. Yuko tayari kumsimamisha na kumkomboa hata mtumishi mwendawazimu ilimradi tu analeta mavuno.

NE JUGE PAS LE SERVITEUR D’UN AUTRE HOMME

Romains 14:4 (LSG); Qui es-tu, toi qui juges un serviteur d’autrui? S’il se tient debout, ou s’il tombe, cela regarde son maître. Mais il se tiendra debout, car le Seigneur a le pouvoir de l’affermir.

Dieu est très zélé envers ses serviteurs. Il les a marqués comme siens et s’oppose aux gens qui les jugent inutilement et sans comprendre.
Si vous contestez cela, tirez une leçon d’Aaron et de Miriam qui ont jugé Moïse pour avoir épousé une femme éthiopienne contre les préceptes de la loi.
En défendant son serviteur, Dieu leur dit : « Lorsqu’il y aura parmi vous un prophète, c’est dans une vision que moi, l’Éternel, je me révélerai à lui, c’est dans un songe que je lui parlerai. Il n’en est pas ainsi de mon serviteur Moïse. Il est fidèle dans toute ma maison. Je lui parle bouche à bouche, je me révèle à lui sans énigmes, et il voit une représentation de l’Éternel. Pourquoi donc n’avez-vous pas craint de parler contre mon serviteur, contre Moïse? (Nombres 12 :6-8).
Alors enfant de Dieu, qui es-tu pour juger le serviteur de Dieu ? Connaissez-vous la façon dont Dieu lui parle ? Connaissez-vous son placard et l’étendue de son effondrement devant Dieu ? Étiez-vous présent lorsque Dieu l’a appelé et envoyé, connaissant bien ses faiblesses et ses insuffisances ?
Même si vous ne le comprenez peut-être pas, Dieu est pleinement conscient du fait que les ouvriers sont peu nombreux et pourtant la moisson est abondante (Matthieu 9 : 37-38). Pour cette raison, il chérit ses ouvriers. Il est prêt à soutenir et à racheter même le ministre le plus fou tant qu’il rapporte la récolte.
