Apostle Grace Lubega
Matthew 13:15 (KJV); For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
God has guaranteed the fulfilment of His promises to us in many ways.
One such instance is in our theme scripture. The language used is not “might” or “may.”
Some people in this world think God ‘might’ heal them. He ‘might’ deliver them. He ‘might’ change their present circumstances.
Their relationship with His promises is an issue of probability and not absolute assurance.
Such people easily fluctuate in their faith because they are never sure whether God will heal them or not.
That is a wrong attitude towards the Father. Understand His mind. The Bible says “I SHOULD HEAL THEM.”
God does not make assumptions when it comes to His promises. It is a SHOULD AFFAIR!
May this knowledge redefine your faith and shape your life of prayer.
