Apostle Grace Lubega
Luke 18:1 (KJV); And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
One of the greatest attacks on any Christian is and will always be their prayer life.
The devil knows what the fervent effectual prayer of a righteous man can do. As such he will always devise means to frustrate your prayer life.
How then can you prevail, child of God? What is the secret to consistent prayer?
In Zechariah 12:10, the Bible says, “And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications…”
When he speaks of the Spirit of grace and supplications, it means that consistent prayer is a grace because it is not possible in your own strength.
If you understand that you cannot pray every day except by the grace of God, this is the starting point of a disciplined prayer life.
Once you embrace this grace, it will help you pray through the moments of fatigue when you feel too tired to pray; it will cause you to pray when the frustrations of life knock at your door and you feel too downcast to pray.

GOLDEN NUGGET: Consistent prayer is a grace because it is not possible in your own strength.
PRAYER: My Father, I thank You for this knowledge. Thank You for Your Spirit in me. It is He who causes me to pray and intercede no matter the current circumstances of my life. I embrace the grace that is always available for me to seek Your face, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
