Apostle Grace Lubega
2 Peter 1:10-11 (KJV); Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: for so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
It is the responsibility of every believer to understand what God has called him to do. What is your part and lot in the gospel?
This knowledge is the beginning of your transition from being merely CALLED, to being CHOSEN.
Many people have been called but they do not know what this calling entails. They have no idea about the assignment of God upon their lives. How many prophets are in the church but do not know that they are prophets? How many apostles attend weekly services but do not know that they are apostles?
Mantles are passed on to the chosen, not on the called.
However, you cannot be chosen if you are not rightly positioned in the realm of the spirit. Part of this positioning is giving all diligence to understand your calling as our theme scripture requires.
There is a preservation and a sustenance by God that comes because you know who you are in the Spirit and have taken the path of those that are chosen.
The mantles upon the chosen cause them to shine, their star can never be hidden. They attract increase and favour from both God and man.
Know who you are!

GOLDEN NUGGET: It is the responsibility of every believer to understand what God has called him to do. What is your part and lot in the gospel? This knowledge is the beginning of your transition from being merely CALLED, to being CHOSEN.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I receive it with all humility and gladness of spirit. I know who I am. I understand the assignment, the mandate, and my part and lot in the gospel. I am not merely called, I am chosen. I wear the crown of men who stand in the gaps of divine purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
