Apostle Grace Lubega
Genesis 18:1-3 (KJV); And the Lord appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:
When your heart is humble, you will see the things that you must see for purposes of your elevation.
This truth is best demonstrated through the life of Abraham.
The three men in our theme scripture were not ordinary travellers. The Bible reveals that this was God Himself.
How was Abraham able to discern this? He looked at them through the lens of a humble heart.
He bowed before them, treated them with honour and welcomed them into his home.
It is possible to miss who must change the course of your life simply because your eyes are blinded by pride.
Humility is what teaches us to cast down our crowns when we are in the presence of true greatness.

GOLDEN NUGGET: When your heart is humble, you will see the things that you must see for purposes of your elevation.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this Word. I receive it and walk in its understanding. The scales of pride fall from any area of my life. I see what You need me to see for my increase. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
