Apostle Grace Lubega
1 Corinthians 9:16 (KJV); For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
The apostle Paul was a man of very deep revelations. The knowledge he was entrusted with laid necessity upon him.
The Message Bible translation of our theme scripture says that he was doomed if he did not proclaim the message of Christ.
This necessity does not apply only to preachers of the gospel. The knowledge that is being availed by God cascades to various disciplines. It is affecting the career woman, the businessman, the student, the wife, the husband, the doctor, the sociologist and all manner of people.
As knowledge increases, it CAN NOT leave a man passive. Look at the experience of Prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 20:9. He says, “Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his Word was in my heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.”
This was a man who thought he could receive knowledge and stay indifferent. The knowledge was like fire in his bones, mocking his silence and restraint.
Similarly, we can no longer afford political correctness because we are attempting to package the message in a socially acceptable way that does not offend tender sensibilities. The fire in our bones cannot allow it.
In this generation, because of the increase of knowledge, men will say, woe unto me if I do not change my nation, woe unto me if I do not transform my industry, woe unto me if I do not revolutionise the world of business!
All to the glory of God, hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET: In this generation, because of the increase of knowledge, men will say, woe unto me if I do not change my nation, woe unto me if I do not transform my industry, woe unto me if I do not revolutionise the world of business!
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I thank You for the power of Your Word and of knowledge. My spirit is open to what You are pouring out and receive it with deep gratitude. I launch deeper in You, see with greater clarity and with higher vision. I manifest the savour of Your knowledge in every place, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
