Apostle Grace Lubega
Luke 19:15-17 (KJV); And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.
In our theme scripture, the master trusted his servants with pounds. One multiplied the pound to become ten pounds, the other to five pounds and the other did not multiply his at all. When it came to the moment of reward, the master did not give the faithful servants more pounds, he gave them cities.
This is the critical thing you must understand about faithfulness. God does not reward faithfulness by simply giving you more of what He trusted you with, He rewards faithfulness by giving you authority over territories. His intention is not to multiply the gift on your life but to give you authority.
In the kingdom of God, this is how men climb to the top.
Child of God, you may be asking God for authority over nations, but the question is, are you faithful with your pound?
You may be an usher in the ministry. Do not consider that as merely an ushering role, it is a pound. You may be part of the choir, look at it as your pound. If you are the leader of a fellowship, consider that fellowship your pound.
Your faithfulness in how you treat the pound to ensure that it grows, multiplies and is better than when it was placed in your care will determine the influence that God transfers to you over territories, be it financial territories, legal territories, business territories, medical territories and such like.

GOLDEN NUGGET: God does not reward faithfulness by simply giving you more of what He trusted you with, He rewards faithfulness by giving you authority over territories.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this knowledge. What a privilege to serve You! I do not take it for granted. I thank You because I am multiplying in my place of service and I am causing growth in everything that I touch. My fruit is evident for all to see, to the glory of Your name, Amen.
