Apostle Grace Lubega
2 Chronicles 16:9(KJV); For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
The size of a ministry is not measured by how large its congregation is or how big its building is.
The size of a ministry is measured by the heart of the minister.
The heart is what God looks at before He uses anyone. The Bible says that His eyes roam throughout the earth searching for them whose heart is perfect toward Him.
What kind of heart moves God to use a minister?
God responds to a heart that beats for souls.
There are ministers of the gospel who are too concerned with what they have or do not have. They are looking at the machines they use in ministry, looking at the amount of collections they make every Sunday or looking at what is needed to complete that church building project.
Those are merely tools for service, they are not the heartbeat of ministry.
God is interested in the man or woman of God whose heart is on his people, on their spiritual growth, their zeal for the things of the Spirit and their attachment to kingdom purposes.
That is the kind of ministry that will grow and flourish because at its centre is what God desires–souls.

GOLDEN NUGGET: The size of a ministry is not measured by how large its congregation is or how big its building is. The size of a ministry is measured by the heart of the minister.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this Word. I receive this wisdom in humility. My heart is after your desires and purposes. I win souls, I spend and I am spent for the salvation of men. The zeal for my father’s house consumes me and causes me to give my all for the sake of the kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen
