Genesis 12:1-2 (KJV); Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
When the Lord instructs you, it is important that you conceive the instruction the first time that it comes. When you do, you will avoid many unwanted delays on the path of destiny.
Our great father Abraham’s life is very instructive on this point.
Sometimes we assume that it was within God’s perfect timing for Abraham and Sarah to have Isaac at one hundred years and ninety years of age respectively . But this is not necessarily so. He is the God who desires to satisfy us while it is still early (Psalm 90:14).
For example, when God first appeared to Abraham, he was seventy five years old, already well advanced in years. At that time, God promised to make him a great nation. Was it God’s intention to start to put this plan into action twenty five years later when Abraham was one hundred years old? No.
When God first spoke to Abraham in Genesis 12, it was evident to God that Abraham had not conceived the instruction and the promise that first time.
As a result, in Genesis 15, God had to repeat Himself. He told him that Eliezar would not be his heir. “But he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.” (Genesis 15:4).
Later, in Genesis 17, God repeats the same promise to Abraham. In proof of the fact that Abraham still had not fully grasped what God had meant the first time, he laughs and says in his heart, “shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?” (Genesis 17:17).
This teaches us that sometimes delays are because we did not conceive instructions the first time they are spoken. God does not have to repeat Himself several times for you to know what He means. Open your spirit to understand His instructions THE FIRST TIME.

Mukama bw’akulagira, kya mugaso okufuna ekiragiro omulundi ogusooka bwe kijja. Bw’okikola, ojja kwewala ebikeereya ebiteetaagisa bingi ku lugendo olw’entuuko.

Ekyavaamu, mu Lubereberye 15, Katonda yalina okweddamu. Yamugamba nti Erieza tagenda kuba musika we. “Naye aliva mu ntumbwe zo ggwe, ye aliba omusika wo.” Olubereberye 15:4).
Oluvannyuma, mu Lubereberye 17, Katonda addamu ekisuubizo kye kimu eri Ibulayimu. OBUHABUZI BWA MUKAMA – 2: OMURUNDI GW’OKUBANZA

Okutandika 12:1-2 (KJV); MUKAMA yaagambira Abramu ati: Ruga omu nsi yaanyu, n’omu ruganda rwanyu n’omu nju ya sho, oze omu nsi ei ndikworeka; ndyakuhindura eihanga rihango; kandi ndyakuha omugisha, ndangaanise eiziina ryawe; naiwe oryahaisa abandi omugisha.
Mukama yakuhabura, nikikuru kwakiira obuhabuzi obwo omurundi gw’okubanza nibwaija. Ku orikukora eki, noyetantara okukyerererwa kwingi oku otarikweteenga omu rugyendo rwaawe.
Amagara ga Taata waitu omukuru Abrahamu nigahabura munoonga aha nshonga egi.

Okubanza 12:1-2 (KJV); KANDI MUKAMA akagambira Iburamu ati Ruga omu nsi yowanyu, kandi omu ruganda rwawe, kandi omu nju ya ‘so, otahe omu nsi eyindikwoleka: nanyowe ndikufora ihanga erikoto, kandi ndakuhaga omugisa, kandi ndakuzaga ibara lyawe; naiwe oikalege omugisa.
Mukama bwakuhabura, kiri ky’omugaso otunge okuhabura okwo omurundi gw’okubanza obu kwijja. Obwookora otyo, oija kwehara okukererezebwa okutakwetaagisa kwingi omumuhanda gw’amagenda.
Obwomezi bwa Iburahimu is’itwe omukuru butuhabura muno ha ensonga enu.

Ekyarugiremu, mu Okubanza 15, Ruhanga akabaina Uwe kwegarukanganizamu. Akamugamba ngu Eryeza taliba mugwetwa we. “Baitu aliruga omu nda yawe wenka nuwe aliba mugwetwa wawe.” (Okubanza 15:4).

MAAGIZO YA BWANA – 2: MARA YA KWANZA

Mwanzo 12:1-2 (KJV); BWANA akamwambia Abramu, Toka wewe katika nchi yako, na jamaa zako, na nyumba ya baba yako, uende mpaka nchi nitakayokuonyesha; nami nitakufanya wewe kuwa taifa kubwa, na kukubariki, na kulikuza jina lako; nawe uwe baraka;
Wakati Bwana anapokuelekeza, ni muhimu kwamba uyafikirie maagizo yake mara ya kwanza yanapokuja. Unapofanya hivyo, utaepuka kuchelewea kwingi usiohitajika kwenye njia ya hatima.
Maisha ya baba yetu mkuu Ibrahimu yanafunza sana juu ya jambo hili.
Wakati mwingine tunadhania kwamba ilikuwa ndani ya muda kamili wa Mungu kwa Ibrahimu na Sara kupata Isaka katika umri wa miaka mia moja na tisini mtawalia. Lakini hii si lazima iwe hivyo. Yeye ndiye Mungu anayetaka kutushibisha wakati bado ni mapema (Zaburi 90:14).
Kwa mfano, Mungu alimtokea Abrahamu kwa mara ya kwanza, alipokuwa na umri wa miaka sabini na tano, tayari alikuwa amezeeka sana. Wakati huo, Mungu aliahidi kumfanya kuwa taifa kubwa. Je! ilikuwa ni nia ya Mungu kuanza kutekeleza mpango huu miaka ishirini na tano baadaye wakati Ibrahimu alipokuwa na umri wa miaka mia moja? Hapana.
Wakati Mungu alipozungumza na Ibrahimu kwa mara ya kwanza katika Mwanzo 12, ilikuwa dhahiri kwa Mungu kwamba Ibrahimu hakuwa amewazia maagizo na ahadi akilini mara ya kwanza.
Matokeo yake ni kwamba, katika Mwanzo 15, ilimbidi Mungu ajirudie. Alimwambia kwamba Elieza hangekuwa mrithi wake. “Lakini yeye atakayetoka katika tumbo lako mwenyewe ndiye atakayekurithi.” (Mwanzo 15:4).
Baadaye, katika Mwanzo 17, Mungu anarudia ahadi ile ile kwa Ibrahimu. Katika uthibitisho wa ukweli kwamba Ibrahimu bado alikuwa hajaelewa kikamilifu kile ambacho Mungu alikuwa amemaanisha mara ya kwanza, alicheka na kusema moyoni mwake, “Je! na Sara, mwenye umri wa miaka tisini, atazaa? (Mwanzo 17:17).
Hii inatufundisha kwamba wakati mwingine kuchelewa kwetu ni kwa sababu hatukuyapata maagizo mara ya kwanza yalipozungumzwa. Si lazima Mungu ajirudie mara kadhaa ili ujue anamaanisha nini. Fungua roho yako kuyaelewa maagizo yake MARA YA KWANZA.

UJUMBE MKUU: Wakati mwingine kuchelewa kwetu ni kwa sababu hatukuyapata maagizo mara ya kwanza yalipozungumzwa. Si lazima Mungu ajirudie mara kadhaa ili ujue anamaanisha nini. Fungua roho yako kuyalewa maagizo yake MARA YA KWANZA.
SALA: Mola Wangu, Ninashukuru kwa neno hili. Inafungua roho yangu kukuelewa wazi mara ya kwanza unapozungumza. Ninajua akili Yako na kile Unachotarajia nifanye katika kila msimu wa maisha yangu kwa sababu ninashikamana kwa kina na maagizo Yako. Katika jina la Yesu, Amina.
