The law of entanglement states that all things on the earth are interconnected. Because they are, God has designed a language by which we speak to these things.
To an unschooled observer, it may have been seen as the height of insanity for Christ to speak to a tree but our Lord and Master did nothing by mere compulsion or coincidence. He was deliberate in life, strategic in approach and intentional in all things.
The episode in our theme scripture was a lesson in the interconnectedness of things and how we must respond when we understand this truth.
Other portions of scripture prove this truth. In Numbers 22:28-30, a donkey spoke to forbid the madness of the prophet. In Luke 19:40, the Lord confirmed that stones can sing out praises to God if man goes against the divine course of worship.
God expects us to leverage this wisdom as children of God and know how to communicate to everything around us. Language is more than a gift for communication but the mode in which we command creation. The mouth was not just given to express opinions and feelings but to activate the creative power in our spirits.
Make a habit of speaking to trees that they may fall in line with godly purposes and desires. Speak to the road that it will minister to lost souls driving on it. Speak to your shoes if they are less than representative of what a child of God should wear; speak to your bag, your phone or your car.
Understand that these things hear you and when they do, they do not just hear the voice of a man, they hear the voice of a co-creator with God.

Katonda atusuubira okukozesa amagezi gano ng’abaana Be era n’okumanya engeri ey’okwogeramu eri ebintu ebitwetoolodde. Olulimi lussukkuluma ku kirabo eky’okwogera naye engeri gye tulagiramu ebitonde. Tegeera nti ebintu bino bikuwulira, era bwebikuwulira, tebiwulira buwulizi ddoboozi lya muntu, biwulira eddoboozi ery’omutonzi wamu ne Katonda.

Yetegyereza ngu ebintu ebi nibikuhurira kandi kubirikukikora, tibirikuhurira eiraka ry’omuntu buntu, nibihurira eiraka ry’omuhangi na Ruhanga.

Marko 11:14 (KJV); Akajibu, akauambia, Tangu leo hata milele mtu asile matunda kwako. Wanafunzi wake wakasikia.
Sheria ya mshikamano inasema kwamba vitu vyote duniani vimeunganishwa. Kwa sababu viko hivyo, Mungu ametengeneza lugha ambayo kwayo tunazungumza na mambo haya.
Kwa mtazamaji ambaye hajasoma, inaweza kuwa ilionekana kama upeo wa kichaa kwa Kristo kuzungumza na mti lakini Bwana wetu hakufanya lolote kwa kulazimishwa au kwa bahati mbaya. Alikuwa na makusudi katika maisha, kimkakati katika mbinu na nia katika mambo yote.
Kipindi katika andiko letu la mada kilikuwa somo katika kuunganishwa kwa mambo na jinsi tunapaswa kujibu tunapoelewa kweli hii.
Sehemu nyingine za maandiko zinathibitisha ukweli huu. Katika Hesabu 22:28-30, punda alizungumza ili kukataza wazimu wa nabii. Katika Luka 19:40, Bwana alithibitisha kwamba mawe yanaweza kumwimbia Mungu sifa ikiwa mwanadamu ataenda kinyume na njia ya kiungu ya ibada.
Mungu anatutarajia kutumia hekima hii kama watoto wa Mungu na kujua jinsi ya kuwasiliana na kila kitu kinachotuzunguka. Lugha inazidi karama ya mawasiliano bali ni namna ambayo kwayo tunaamuru uumbaji. Kinywa hakikupewa tu kutoa maoni na hisia bali kuamsha nguvu ya ubunifu katika roho zetu.
Jenga mazoea ya kuongea na miti ili ianguke kulingana na makusudi na matamanio ya kimungu. Sema na barabara kwamba itahudumia watu waliopotea wanaoendesha gari juu yake. Zungumza na viatu vyako ikiwa viko chini ya uwakilishi wa kile mtoto wa Mungu anachopaswa kuvaa; zungumza na begi lako, simu yako au gari lako.
Elewa kwamba vitu hivi vinakusikia na vinapofanya, havisikii tu sauti ya mwanadamu, bali vinasikia sauti ya muumba mwenza na Mungu.
MASOMO YA ZIADA: Hesabu 22:28-30, Luka 19:40
UJUMBE MKUU: Lugha ni zaidi ya karama ya mawasiliano bali ni namna ambayo kwayo tunaamuru uumbaji. Kinywa hakikupewa tu kutoa maoni na hisia bali kuamsha nguvu ya ubunifu katika roho zetu.
SALA: Mola wangu, Nakushukuru kwa kweli hii. Ninajua kwamba uumbaji unaugua pande zote kunizunguka, ukiniita kudhihirika kama mtoto wa Mungu.
