Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 28:8 (KJV); The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.
In dealing with the affairs of our lives, God does not merely send us help, He is at the very centre and is the essence of our help and salvation.
This is what the Bible means when it says that the Lord is the saving strength of His anointed.
When God delivers men, He does not merely send deliverance, He comes as the deliverance. When the Lord heals, He does not merely send healing, He comes as the healing.
When it came to the redemption of the world and of humanity, He came. Praise the Lord!
Our God is not like some absentee fathers who make up for their absence in their children’s lives by simply giving them money and providing for their material needs. He is the providence.
He is too compassionate and empathetic to detach Himself from your circumstance. He comes in the midst of it as the answer and the solution.
When you understand this, you will not look to God merely for what His hand can do. You will look to Him as the source of everything you need. He is your healing, deliverance, strength and salvation.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this knowledge. Thank You for who You are to me. You are love personified. You are mercy epitomised. You are grace in flesh. You are the embodiment of all wisdom and counsel. You are all that I need. Because I understand this truth, I approach Your throne with boldness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
