Acts 2:6-11 (KJV); Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language. And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans? And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born? Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia, Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes, Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.
When the Spirit of God gives you utterance, He gives you the ability to reach any man regardless of His tribe and tongue.
This was the experience of the disciples of Christ in our theme scripture. The Bible reveals that as each man spoke, each individual outside heard him speak in his own tongue. The man from Cappadocia heard the Galilean speak in his tongue; the man from Mesopotamia also heard that same Galilean speak in his tongue, and so did the man from Egypt, or Pamphylia.
This experience is not limited to simply speaking with our lips. It can be translated into other areas of our lives. God is capable of giving you a concept, idea or invention that every tribe and tongue understands.
Take the example of applications such as Uber. Uber is presently in over 10,000 cities across the globe, cutting across different languages and tongues. The German man understands it, the Italian man understands it, the Slovakian understands it and so does the Lebanese and Singaporean.
Don’t be deluded into thinking that this is merely technology. It is an infallible truth that things are firstly spiritual before they are physical. The creators of such an application by some act of grace received access to the power of language that allows a man to reach men regardless of their tongue.
As a child of God, you must awaken to the reality of this experience. You have the Spirit of God. In you are ideas that can change nations regardless of differences in language because the Spirit in you gives you utterance and that utterance is translated to every man who must hear you in the language he understands.

Omwoyo wa Ruhanga ku arikukuha okugamba, nakuha amaani g’okuhika buri muntu n’obu yakuba ari ow’oruganda ki nari rurimi ki.

Matendo 2:6-11 (KJV); Basi sauti hii iliposikiwa makutano walikutanika, wakashikwa na fadhaa, kwa kuwa kila mmoja aliwasikia wakisema kwa lugha yake mwenyewe. Wakashangaa wote, wakastaajabu wakiambiana, Tazama, hawa wote wasemao sio Wagalilaya? Imekuwaje basi sisi kusikia kila mtu lugha yetu tuliyozaliwa nayo? Waparthi na Wamedi na Waelami, nao wakaao Mesopotamia, Uyahudi na Kapadokia, Ponto na Asia, Frigia na Pamfilia, Misri na pande za Libia karibu na Kirene, na Wageni watokao Rumi, Wayahudi na waongofu, Wakrete na Waarabu; tunawasikia hawa wakisema kwa lugha zetu matendo makuu ya Mungu.
Roho wa Mungu anapokupa tamko, anakupa uwezo wa kumfikia mtu yeyote bila kujali kabila na lugha yake.
Huu ndio uzoefu waliopitia wanafunzi wa Kristo katika maandiko yetu ya mada. Biblia inafunua kwamba kila mtu alipokuwa akizungumza, kila mtu aliyekuwa nje alimsikia akisema kwa lugha yake mwenyewe. Mtu wa Kapadokia alimsikia Mgalilaya akisema kwa lugha yake; mtu wa Mesopotamia pia alimsikia Mgalilaya huyo huyo akisema kwa lugha yake, na vile vile mtu wa Misri au Pamfilia.
Tukio hili halikomi tu katika kuzungumza kwa midomo yetu. Linaweza kutafsiriwa katika maeneo mengine ya maisha yetu. Mungu ana uwezo wa kukupa dhana, wazo au uvumbuzi ambao kila kabila na lugha inaelewa.
Chukua mfano wa programu kama vile Uber. Uber kwa sasa iko katika zaidi ya miji 10,000 kote ulimwenguni, ikipitia lugha na lugha tofauti. Mjerumani anaielewa, Muitaliano anaielewa, Mslovakia anaielewa na pia Walebanon na wanaotoka Singapore pia.

Kama mtoto wa Mungu, lazima uamke kwa ukweli wa tukio hili. Una Roho wa Mungu. Ndani yako kuna mawazo yanayoweza kubadili mataifa bila kujali tofauti za lugha maana Roho aliye ndani yako anakupa kutamka na usemi huo unatafsiriwa kwa kila mtu ambaye ni lazima akusikie katika lugha anayoielewa.

UJUMBE MKUU: Una Roho wa Mungu. Ndani yako kuna mawazo yanayoweza kubadili mataifa bila kujali tofauti za lugha kwa sababu Roho aliye ndani yako anakupa matamshi, na usemi huo unatafsiriwa kwa kila mtu ambaye lazima akusikie katika lugha anayoielewa.
SALA: Baba Mpenzi, Nakushukuru kwa ufahamu huu. Asante kwa karama ya Roho wako na hekima itendayo kazi ndani yangu. Dhana, mawazo na uvumbuzi wangu umebarikiwa kwa sababu havitumikii tu wale wa ulimi wangu bali hubariki mataifa yote, kwa utukufu wa jina lako, Amina.
