2 Chronicles 16:9 (KJV); For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
God is in search of a man with a perfect heart.
What is a perfect heart? It is a heart defined by faith.
Therefore, a man whose heart is perfect before God is a man of faith.
If the eyes of the Lord run to and fro searching for a man with a perfect heart, it means that God is searching for men of faith.
The law of faith has a pivotal place in our lives. By grace we are saved through faith (Ephesians 2:8); We walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
When we pray, it is by faith because whoever comes to God must know that He is and is a rewarder of those who seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). Our giving, fasting and service to God must begin in and be sustained by faith.
God is not searching for men of prayer, He is looking for men of faith praying; He is not only seeking for men that serve diligently but for men of faith in deep service to Him; He is not only looking for men who give to the kingdom but men whose faith leads them to give.
In Luke 18:8, the scripture asks the question, “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?”
It is men of faith that are found by God.

GOLDEN NUGGET: A man whose heart is perfect before God is a man of faith. If the eyes of the Lord run to and fro searching for a man with a perfect heart, it means that God is in search of men of faith.

Katonda ali mu kunoonya muntu alina omutima ogutuukiridde.
Omutima ogutuukiridde gwe guliwa? Gwe mutima ogunnyonnyolwa n’okukkiriza.
N’olwekyo, omuntu alina omutima ogutuukiride mu maaso ga Katonda y’omuntu w’okukkiriza.
Amaaso ga Katonda bwe gaba nga gatambulatambula wano ne wali nga anoonya omuntu alina omutima ogutuukiridde, kitegeeza nti Katonda anoonya abantu b’okukkiriza.
Etteeka ly’okukkiriza lirina ekifo ekyetoololebwako mu bulamu bwaffe. Ku lw’ekisa twalokoka lwa kukkiriza.(Abaefeso 2:8); Tutambula na kukkiriza si na kulaba (2 Abakkolinso 5:7).
Bwe tusaba, tusaba lwa kukkiriza kubanga buli ajja eri Mukama alina okumanya nti mugabi w’empeera eri abo abamunoonya. (Abaebbulaniya 11:6). Okuwaayo kwaffe, okusiiba n’obuweereza eri Katonda bulina kutandikira mu kukkiriza era ne bukuumibwa okwo.
Katonda tanoonya bantu basabi, Anoonya abantu b’okukkiriza abasaba; tanoonya bunoonya bantu abaweereza n’obunyiikivu naye anoonya abalina okukkiriza mu buweereza obw’ebuziba eri Ye; Tanoonya bunoonya bantu abawaayo eri obwakabaka naye abantu nga okukkiriza kwabwe kwe kubakulembera okuwaayo.
Mu Lukka 18:8, ekyawandiikibwa kibuuza ekibuuzo, “Naye Omwana w’omuntu bw’alijja, aliraba okukkiriza ku nsi?”

2 Tekwaro 16:9(KJV); Pien wang Rwot neno lobo ducu, me nyuto tekke bot jo ma gibedo ki leŋic i kome. In itimo lok me miŋo mada i lok man; pienno cakke tin in ibibedo ki lweny.
Lubanga tye ka yenyo ngatmo ma tye ki lengic.
Bedo ki lengic mono obedo ngo? Obedo ic ma tye ki niye.
Pi meno, dano ma bedo ki lengic inyim Lubanga obedo dano me niye.
Kace wang Lubanga neno lobo ducu ka yenyo ngatmo ma tye ki lengic ikome, nongo tyenloke ni Lubanga tye ka yenyo jo ma tye ki niye.
Cik me niye tye ki kabedo ma piretek twaltwal ikwowa. Wan kilaro wan ki kica kun wok ki i niye (Jo epeco 2:8); wan wawoto ki niye dok pe ki ginma waneno (2 Jo Korint 5:7).

2 Mambo ya Nyakati 16:9 (KJV); Kwa maana macho ya Bwana hukimbia-kimbia duniani mwote, ili ajionyeshe mwenye nguvu kwa ajili ya hao, waliokamilika moyo kuelekea kwake. Kwa hayo umetenda upumbavu; kwani tangu sasa utakuwa na vita.
Mungu anamtafuta mtu mwenye moyo kamili.
Moyo kamili ni upi? Ni moyo unaofafanuliwa kwa imani.
Kwa hivyo, mtu ambaye moyo wake ni kamili mbele za Mungu ni mtu wa imani.
Ikiwa macho ya Bwana hukimbia huku na huko kumtafuta mtu aliye na moyo mkamilifu, inamaanisha kwamba Mungu anawatafuta watu wa imani.
Sheria ya imani ina nafasi muhimu katika maisha yetu. Kwa neema tunaokolewa kwa njia ya imani (Waefeso 2:8); Tunasonga kwa imani na si kwa kuona (2 Wakorintho 5:7).
Tunapoomba, ni kwa imani kwa sababu yeyote anayemjia Mungu lazima ajue kwamba Yeye yuko na huwapa thawabu wale wanaomtafuta (Waebrania 11:6). Kutoa kwetu, kufunga na kumtumikia Mungu lazima kuanzie ndani ya na kudumishwa kwa imani.
Mungu hatafuti watu wa maombi, Anatafuta watu wa imani wanaoomba; Hatafuti tu watu wanaomtumikia kwa bidii bali watu wa imani katika utumishi wa kina Kwake; Hatafuti tu watu wanaotoa kwa ufalme bali watu ambao imani yao inawaongoza kutoa.
Katika Luka 18:8, maandiko yanauliza swali, “walakini, atakapokuja Mwana wa Adamu, je! Ataiona imani duniani?”
Ni watu wa imani wanaopatikana na Mungu.
