Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 82:5-7 (KJV); They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
The greatest source of powerlessness among Christians is the identity crisis in the body of Christ today. Not many Christians truly know who they are in Christ. They have not grasped what God has done in and for them.
Some may quote what the scriptures say about who they are but if you asked them what those scriptures really mean, they will not have much of a response.
And so, I ask you, ‘What does it mean to be born of God (John 1:13), to be the temple of God (1 Corinthians 3:16), to live, move and have your being in God (Acts 17:28)?’
Our theme scripture describes the consequences of the identity crisis faced by children of God. Because they do not understand and walk in darkness, the foundations of the earth are out of course.
This scripture places a great mandate on children of God.
Why are many blind to the immensity of this responsibility? It is because they do not know what it means to be gods, children of the Most High. Because of this ignorance, they are subject to the whims of the enemy: sickness, addiction, poverty, failing relationships and failing ministries.
If a man does not know who he is, he will inevitably be robbed of his true potential. You must open your eyes to the reality of who you are; live constantly in the consciousness that you are in God and He is in you. Never let any circumstance make you think any less of yourself. You are a god, a child of the Most High!

GOLDEN NUGGET: If a man does not know who he is, he will inevitably be robbed of his true potential. You must open your eyes to the reality of who you are; live constantly in the consciousness that you are in God and He is in you. Never let any circumstance make you think of yourself any less. You are a god, a child of the Most High.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I know who I am and to whom I belong. I stand in the boldness of this knowledge, to heal the sick, to give sight to the blind, to cause the lame to walk, to cast out demons and to prevail against all the schemes of the enemy. By this authority, I command systems to the glory of Your name, Amen.
