Apostle Grace Lubega
Hebrews 10:38 (KJV); Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
The Hebrew word for ‘live’ used in our theme scripture is ‘zao’ which is translated, among other things, to mean blessed.
It means that we are blessed by faith. A man who does not walk in faith cannot enjoy the fullness of the blessings of God.
In Galatians 3:9, the Bible says that they of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. The blessing of the child of God is in faith.
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were blessed because they were men of faith.
When we say that a man is blessed, it is not simply because his ministry is doing well, his marriage is a success, his career is on an upward curve or his business is thriving. These are just manifestations of what it truly means to be blessed.
When you declare to yourself, ‘I am blessed,” it means that you are of faith.
A man is blessed because he believes.

GOLDEN NUGGET: A man who does not walk in faith cannot enjoy the fullness of the blessings of God. A man is blessed because he believes.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this word. I am a child of faith. The Bible says that all things are possible to them that believe and I believe. In this understanding, I see the goodness of the Lord, in the land of the living. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
