Apostle Grace Lubega
Hosea 4:6 (KJV); My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Spiritual ignorance is not the absence of information about God.
We are living in a generation of what is considered as an information overload. This includes information about God and the Bible. This information is everywhere. It is on YouTube, on countless websites and social media platforms
This abundance of information does not necessarily translate into the abundance of revelation. Knowing something about God does not mean that God has been revealed to you.
Some ministers of the gospel are wondering why they are teaching too much but not much is changing in the lives of men.
It is because the Church must distinguish between giving people information about Christ and REVEALING Christ.
God has not called the Church to tell people more things about God. He has called us to reveal Him. This responsibility requires that a minister of the gospel look beyond preaching a sermon every day.
Apostle Paul says in Ephesians 3:9 that he desired that “all men may SEE the fellowship of the mystery.” Revelation does not merely provide information, it casts light on the eyes of men and causes them to see by the spirit, the realities of the Word of God.
Information about Christ does not heal diseases, deliver the oppressed, mend broken marriages or restore addicted children. Only by the revelation of Christ do we truly change the lives of men.

GOLDEN NUGGET: God has not called the Church to tell people more things about God. He has called us to reveal Him. Only by the revelation of Christ do we truly change the lives of men.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for the Spirit of Revelation who is at work in my life. I do not merely read Your Word. I see, hear, feel and taste You in the Word. The realities of the God realm are manifested in my life every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
