Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 105:17-19(KJV); He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant: Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him.
When God is dealing with a man and preparing him for his destiny, he will allow trials into that man’s life that are designed to grow him.
This was the case with Joseph as explained through our theme scripture.
We understand from this Psalm that all his pain, suffering and struggles were because he was being tried by the Word of the Lord.
Child of God, you may have received a prophecy about your destiny and future. Great things may have been spoken over you. You have heard great promises about the things you are meant to become.
There is a process to the manifestation of these realities and it involves being tried by the Word. In this, your readiness for the things you must become is tested.
Like David, He may place you under a Saul who will seek to kill you because you killed tens of thousands. Like Jacob, He may put you under a Laban who will change your wages ten times.
The Christians who never cross over to the other side of destiny are those who fail the test of His Word.
Don’t throw in the towel because the journey to who He has designed you to become has gotten too difficult. The Word is at work, testing your character, attitude and readiness for greatness.

GOLDEN NUGGET: Don’t throw in the towel because the journey to who God has designed you to become has gotten too difficult. The Word is at work, testing your character, attitude and readiness for greatness.
PRAYER: My Father, I thank You for this word. Thank You for the future You have mapped out for me. My heart is yielded to You because You know me better than I know myself. You heal what is broken, break what must be broken, uproot what was not planted by You and do whatever it takes to make me ready for what You have destined, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
