Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 25:3 (NIV); No one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame, but shame will come on those who are treacherous without cause.
The life of faith was never designed to be a life of shame.
It is for fear of shame that some people are afraid to believe. They ask themselves questions such as, what if it does not work, what if I lay hands on the lame man and he fails to walk in front of all these people?
Our theme scripture reveals to us God’s heart. It is not God’s desire to shame you in any way. He does not wish for you to start out in faith, only to fail. He does not want you to step out of the boat only for the waves to overwhelm and drown you.
God is in the business of honouring the heart that dares to believe.
This means that the moment a man steps out in faith, heaven is honour bound to organise all circumstances and events to ensure that the faith of that man is not in vain.
This is the sort of assurance you must carry around when you choose to trust God to heal that disease, to turn around your business or marriage or to give sight to that blind man.
Shame is not what is at the other end of any exercise of the believer’s authority. Victory is!

GOLDEN NUGGET: God is in the business of honouring the heart that dares to believe.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I embrace it as the reality of my life. I can never be ashamed because faith is the testimony of my life. What I believe, comes to pass because You are faithful. I can never step out in faith and face mockery because You vindicate my actions. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
