The Sheep Of His Pasture

Apostle Grace Lubega

Psalms 100:3 (KJV); “Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”

The Bible says in our theme scripture that we are the sheep of His pasture. Pasture, in this instance means MESSAGE. That means we are the sheep of His distinct message and not just any message!

Without the understanding of God’s message, you cannot carry a burden for the Word. And without a burden, you cannot reconcile TRUTH with eternal PURPOSE.

What makes us ministers of and in purpose is the fact that the burden we carry is because of the distinct message of His pasture.

Therefore, our zeal that comes with the burden of the message is not a zeal without knowledge, but rather one with both knowledge and full understanding.
Hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET:
What makes us ministers of and in PURPOSE is the TRUTH that the burden that we carry is because of the distinct MESSAGE of His pasture.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I thank you for your Word. I thank you for being my teacher and instructor. I am instructed and taught in the message of the New Testament. That message stirs a burden in my heart, and that burden reconciles the truth of the gospel with eternal purpose. My life is a life of purpose and my lips retain the knowledge of your message in Jesus’ name. Amen.
