Maturity in the Anointing: Pearls to Swine
Apostle Grace Lubega
Matthew 7:6 (KJV); Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet and turn again and rend you.
It is one thing to be anointed, it is another to be mature in the anointing.
You may mature in the anointing by reason of the period of time in which you have exercised yourself in that grace. You may also mature in the anointing by reason of the experiences you yielded and made yourself available to in that grace.
One mark of this maturity in the anointing is discernment. The mature discerning spirit knows what to say, when to say it and where to say it.
From this comes the requirement of accountability for every minister as seen from our theme scripture; are you casting pearls to swine or not?
Every minister who is mature in the anointing knows how to weigh the spirits of those to whom he ministers inorder to understand the ability of their spirits to bear certain spiritual insights.
Not every mystery you receive must be uttered in that instance. Some people are not spiritually ready to receive certain truths; and because they are not, they will twist your truth and in turn seek to destroy you too.
Not everything you see must be spoken. This is why there are things Paul accessed but he was barred by certain laws of the Spirit to utter them ( 2 Corinthians 12:4).
Discernment causes the mature minister not to stumble “by meats” but to edify by love (1 Corinthians 8:1). Hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET:
The mature discerning spirit knows what to say, when to say it and where to say it. Discernment causes the mature minister not to stumble “by meats” but to edify by love (1 Corinthians 8:1).
PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your word. My master, your love, that which edifies, has opened me to the depths, breaths, heights and lengths of your person. It is from this that I minister. I can never stumble the brethren by reason of the things I access and received from the Spirit. I know what to say, when to say it and where to say it. In Jesus’s name. Amen.

If you are to live a distinctive life in God, there are three things that you ought to understand: the grace, love and fellowship.
You were a sinner saved by grace, NOW you are a saint kept by grace.
If a man is not planted by God, he will be up rooted.
A man’s belly is satisfied by the fruit of his mouth.
Obedience is a heart issue. For this reason, our theme scripture uses the language, “obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.”
In our theme scripture, the Prophet Habakkuk was bothered by many questions and he desired answers from the Lord.
Christian maturity has many facets.
Some Christians have this mindset that they can run dry or empty and are thus in constant need to be “refilled” by the Holy Spirit.
Saul turned against David and desired to kill him simply because David had “killed ten thousands” while Saul only killed “thousands.”
The power of truth is that every time you hear it, you are changed.
